Production is intentionally limited—not by constraint, but by choice. Quality comes before quantity, and time is treated as an essential ingredient. Lead times are longer because meaningful work can’t be rushed.

General Policy

All items are made to order or produced in small batches. As a result, all sales are considered final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in Alberta, Canada.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect measurements or dimensions selected

Natural wood variations (grain, colour, knots, character marks)

Minor variations inherent to handmade products

Wear and tear after use

Each piece of wood is unique, and these natural variations are considered part of the product’s character—not defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Email us with your order number

Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed

If approved, we will:

Repair the item, or

Replace it, or

Issue a refund at our discretion

Shipping costs for approved damage or defect claims will be covered by us.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:

Custom dimensions

Custom wood species

Custom finishes

Special requests or modifications

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
